Safeguarding policy

Children’s welfare comes first. This policy explains the practical safeguarding boundaries used for Learning No Problem’s online group lessons and how to raise a concern.

Our approach

The tutors are DBS checked through their work. Lessons are online group sessions and are not recorded. We expect professional, respectful communication and clear boundaries in every session.

Private lesson-joining links are shared only with confirmed booking holders. Families must not share a link or private booking details with anyone else. Parents/carers should use the contact route below to tell us about any concern affecting a child’s participation or safety.

Online lesson boundaries

Tutors use the online lesson space for teaching and reasonable lesson-related communication. We do not use the website as a private social network for children. Parents/carers remain responsible for helping their child join from an appropriate environment and for reporting anything that concerns them.

Families can discuss sensory preferences, neurodivergent learning needs or SEND suitability with the tutor team before a session so appropriate support can be considered. This is not a claim of specialist assessment or a guarantee of individual adjustments in a group setting.

Raising a safeguarding concern

To raise a safeguarding concern, including a concern about a tutor, contact Learning No Problem promptly at philcornall100@gmail.com or 07725363983. Give only the information needed for us to understand the concern and tell us how we can contact you safely.

We will take concerns seriously, keep an appropriate record, consider what immediate steps are needed and share information only where necessary for safeguarding, legal or emergency reasons. If a child or another person is in immediate danger, call 999 rather than waiting for a website or email response.

Policy review

Learning No Problem will keep its safeguarding arrangements under review as services develop. A named designated safeguarding lead is an operational appointment still to be confirmed; the reporting route above is available now and should be used for any concern.
