Complaints procedure

We want to hear promptly if something has not gone as expected. This procedure explains how to make a complaint and what we aim to do next.

How to make a complaint

Please email philcornall100@gmail.com or call 07725363983. You can also write to Learning No Problem, 18 Mount Avenue, Bootle, L20 6DT.

Tell us your name and the best way to contact you, the date or booking involved where relevant, what happened, what outcome you are seeking and any supporting information. Please do not post private booking links publicly.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two working days and provide a substantive response within ten working days. If we need longer to investigate, we will explain why and give you a revised expected response date.

We will consider the information fairly, check relevant booking or lesson records where necessary, and explain the outcome in plain language. Depending on the issue, the outcome may include an explanation, apology, practical action, refund handling under the booking terms or a review of our practice.

Safeguarding and privacy concerns

If your concern is about a child’s immediate safety, call 999. Safeguarding concerns can also be raised using the contact route above and will be handled with appropriate urgency. Concerns about personal information can be raised with Learning No Problem first; you may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Keeping the process fair

We ask everyone involved to communicate respectfully. Making a complaint does not affect a family’s statutory rights. If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you may wish to seek independent consumer or legal advice.
